Clinical Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for LPC and LMFT associates who want to grow not only in skill, but in presence, confidence, and depth of attunement as they move toward licensure.
My approach to supervision is collaborative, relational, and experiential. This is a space where you can slow down, be honest, and explore both your clinical work and your experience as a therapist.
Alongside case consultation and ethical guidance, we pay attention to how you show up in the room. This includes your nervous system, your emotional responses, and your ability to stay connected in moments that feel complex or activating.
Over time, I have come to believe that meaningful clinical work is not about getting it right all the time, but about learning how to repair, reflect, and return to connection. This applies not only to our clients, but to us as therapists as well.
Approach
My supervision is informed byEmotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic and experiential mindfulness
Together, we may explore:
- Attachment patterns and relational cycles
- Your internal experience and use of self
- Somatic awareness and nervous system regulation
- Moments of reactivity and countertransference
- Building confidence with complex clinical dynamics
Structure
- 90 minutes of individual supervision each month
- 90 minutes of small group supervision each month
Group is intentionally kept small, with no more than 5 clinicians, to support depth, reflection, and meaningful connection
Supervision is designed to meet Oregon licensure requirements while also creating a space that feels supportive, spacious, and engaging.
Investment
$350 per month
This includes both individual and group supervision.

This may be a good fit if you:
- Feel drawn to relational, attachment-based work
